Founded in 1894, the most progressive of all 19th century distillers. The founder John Duffwas a perfectionist, so meticulous that he built his own railway to better export its very well looked after whisky. Longmorn has always attracted admirers from across the globe, including the young Masataka Taketsura, founder of the Nikka distillery in Japan. He took his knowledge of the craft back with him and founded his distillery in a location that most resembled the climate and terrain of Speyside.

Sweet and fruity on the nose with notes of creamy milk chocolate, orange and scented sandalwood. Coats the mouth with soft pear, lemon curd jam and a touch of ginger. The finish is voluptuous with a warming spice.
