Colour: Mahogany & amber; Nose: Initially elegant, light and floral notes of dried rose, honeysuckle and jasmine, followed by luscious notes of preserved fruit, dates, dried figs and walnuts. Palate: A ballet of aromas and flavours unfolds on the palate. The notes of walnut and fig are softened and supported by honey. Later, heady notes of wax, tobacco and undergrowth are added. The palate suddenly reveals lively, fine and fresh notes of passion fruit, lychee, thyme and spicy notes of nutmeg, saffron and ginger.
