Tohuwabohu describes a boundless state of disorder requiring taming at the hands of the divine. So the Tohuwabohu vintage is a perfect homage to our son Nicolaus, who not only turns everything upside down, but then manages to sorts everything out afterwards, according to his own particular order. Made almost entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small touch of Merlot, it is grown just a stone’s throw from our Estate on barren, gravel-sandy soils. Plenty of 'Tohuwabohu', but don't expect easy drinking!
