Bottled from a single hand-picked cask at its natural strength, this elegant rum from Panama was distilled in 1996 in traditional copper column and double-aged, as per Plantation Rum’s signature, 20 years in bourbon barrels in tropical climate and another 6 years in French oak Ferrand casks in the south-west of France. Intensely aromatic with delicate oaky notes, it opens with aromas of dried fruits, apricots, pineapple and evolves on spicier notes of cloves, ginger and vanilla notes.

Nose : intensely woody with nuts, coffe, honey, tobacco, spices and vanilla Palate : rich and full, a tad spicier pfiles at first with cloves, ginger and pepper.
