Brut M: Weingut Polz has been passionately engaged in the production of sparkling wine since 2006. The great tradition of southern Styria as the origin of great sparkling wines is revived with the Brut M (Muscatel). Pressed from grapes from southern Styrian vineyards with marl-sandstone soils.
