Ideal degrees of ripeness as well as a gentle vinification that is attuned to fruit and liveliness characterise this traditional wine with its emphasis on origin. Clear, radiant and highly aromatic. Ripe mandarin fruit, raspberry leaves and pink pepper. Juicy, lively varietal expression and concentrated. This organic estate wine comes from eight of our best vineyards with a total of 12 plots, grown on limestone marl soils. The grapes were selectively harvested by hand and reflect their origin.
