Der Bruciato ist sozusagen der „kleine Bruder“ des Guado al Tasso; er ist in seinem Stil moderner. Er stammt von Weinbergen mit einem hohen Potenzial; jedoch reichen sie nicht an das des Guado al Tasso heran, dessen Produktion darauf abgestimmt ist, das Maximum an Qualität zu erreichen. Die Verfeinerung erfolgt mindestens 8 Monate in Barrique und weitere 4 Monate auf der Flasche. Das Ergebnis ist ein sehr intensiver und weicher Wein.

A wine with aromas of a striking intensity and expression, notes which recall sweet spices, light caramel and berry fruit. The palate is full-bodied and well structured, with supple tannins and a pleasurably fruity after-taste.
