Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot grapes are harvested by hand. This special wine is vintage 2022. Following fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the lees for at least 9 months: this process enhances the body, the structure and the aroma of the wine. The result is a wine of remarkable persistence and elegance where the distinctive bouquet of apple and white flowers is made more complex by slightly intense notes of bread crust.

Color: Straw yellow with golden reflexes, fine and persistent perlage. Aroma: Apple, pear, bread crust aromas and spicy hints of sage and marjoram in the finish. Taste: Dry, sapid, persistent, with aromas of ripe fruit and bread crust. It pairs perfectly with seafood crudités and oysters. Excellent with seafood risotto and baked brill with roasted potatoes.
