Very intense ruby red. The bouquet offers a wide spectrum of flavours like blackberry, plum jam, Mon Cheri, licorice, black olives and tobacco. Full-bodied and expressive with deep and silky structure due to healthy ripening in the vineyard and the cellar. Recommended serving temperature: 18 °C. Enjoy Cum Laude with spicy dishes of fine meat, lamb and game.
