Ein heller, sauberer und junger Sauvignon Blanc aus biologisch angebauten Garpes. Die Nase ist intensiv und zeigt Aromen von Grapefr uit, Limette, Zitrone, gelbem Pfeffer, weißen Blumen und Kräutern. Es gibt eine gute Konzentration auf der Palette; frisch, mit hervorragender Säure und mineralisch. Passt zu Meeresfrüchten, Hühnchen, Gewürzen, Joghurt- und Zitrussaucen, Nüssen, Käse und vegetarischen Gerichten.
