In der Nase zeigt sich ein intensives Bouquet aus Birnen, Orangen, Ananas und Mandelblüten, begleitet von Bienenwachs und einer feiner Eichenholzwürze. Am Gaumen stoffig, komplex und mit einer angenehm zupackenden Säure ausgestattet. Im Abgang zeigt sich eine salzige Mineralik, die dem Wein Spannung und Balance verleiht. |
