The secret traditional recipe of clear premium aquavit was reinvented in a modern fashion and bottled in a limited edition. Next to caraway and fennel, its taste is enriched by notes of clove, cardamom and white pepper. Using exclusively bio ingredients the boutique aquavit ages for six months in PX sherry barrels, which lends it a hint of vanilla. Ripe red grapes finally complete the exceptional taste of Helbing Aquavit.
