Highland Park began as a side-hustle in 1798 by Magnus “Mansie” Eunson, a church beadle and whisky smuggler who hid bottles under his pulpit. Over 200 years later, we still follow his lead, reimagining craft traditions and embracing the uniquely smoky flavour of his secret ingredient: Orkney heathered peat.
