Die Fattoria La Braccesca, die sich insgesamt über eine Fläche von 420 Hektar erstreckt, besteht aus zwei separaten Teilen: Der historische Kern des Gutes liegt im Gebiet von Montepulciano, 13 ha Rebflächen in den besten Subzonen für die Produktion des Vino Nobile di Montepulciano; der andere Teil mit 162 ha Rebflächen liegt am Fuße der Cortona umgebenden Hügel.

The wine shows ripe fruit on the nose along with notes of tobacco and spice. On the palate, cherry and blackberry are detectable along with balanced tannins that give the wine suppleness and elegance. The finish is long and mineral in flavour, typical of the Sangiovese of Montepulciano.
