In its aroma, ripe apple flirts with apricot and pear, and there is a hint of freesia and lemon rind. On the palate the Riesling is enthralling and juicy, with a well-balanced density and a mature fruit acidity, which gives the wine freshness and character. Gentle, herbal accents are reminiscent of thyme and tarragon. "EINS-ZWEI-DRY" is a Riesling ideal for a leisurely moment enjoying oneself. It goes particularly well with salads, poultry and fish dishes. Or simply on its own.
