With a rich, warm red and pink foam, the Kirsch Weisse glows in the glass. The fragrance is initially dominated by the lush, fruity-sweet aromas of ripe sweet cherries with a hint of marzipan, followed by much fresher notes of green juicy apples. Very fresh to drink, the sour cherries set the tone and lie round on the palate. With the second sip, lemon kicks in and leaves a tingling sensation on the tongue. Fruity, balanced, not too sweet and with a fine-tangy finish, the Kirsch Weisse finishes off.
