Instead of a screaming green, the woodruff contributes only a soft greenish glow. Flavors of cider dominate the bouquet; later, herbal nuances develop. The mouthfeel is slender, very dry and with a complex mix of aromas: on the one hand typical woodruff notes, with a hint of flower meadow and dried hay; on the other hand apple and citrus tones. The finale is refreshing and tart.
