Medium intense yellow colour with green nuances. Aromas of gooseberries, grapefruit & peach pulp are dominant on the nose and the palate. Creamy, slightly salty mouthfeel, gentle acidity, extract of sweetness, clean fruit and a full-bodied yet delicate, long finish. Serving temperature around 10°C. Perfect match with all types of fish.
