The Williams Pear Brandy consists of fruit from Trentino and Lombardy, from Ardèche, from Drôme, Isère and Savoie as well as from Baden. The fermentation takes place at a constantly controlled temperature to maintain the delicate flavours. Then it is distilled several times in traditional copper stills. After an adequate maturation time in stainless steel tanks, the alcohol content is reduced to 40% alcohol by volume with our own spring water.
