What makes SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Fifty-One so unique? Is it the sun-ripened Bavarian summer barley, the good spring water or the gentle maturing process? The blend of all these ingredients under the watchful eye of experienced distillers creates a strong aroma with a light smoky note and a wonderfully fresh nose. In addition to the usual casks, casks that previously contained port wine, sherry or Sauternes are also used to mature this German whisky.
