Bursting with tropical pineapple, orchard fruits and vanilla, our experts wished to elevate our signature flavour forward, with a bespoke sherry finish.
Embodying George Smiths spirit of originality, a unique sherry blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherries was created to season a one-of-a kind, brand new 1st fill sherry butt. Marrying the rich raisin flavours of PedroXimenez Sherry with our signature tropical banana notes; and combining the sweet cherry flavours of Oloroso Sherry with our distinctive honeyed malt character. The finest balance of The Glenlivet flavour was realised and the exceptional 40 year old revealed.

Nose - Rich and fruity with notes of homemade strawberry jam and raisins. Luscious dark cherries are complemented by cinnamon, nutme g and a hint of sweet toasted oak. Taste - Sweet layers of poached plums and charred orange progress to yet deeper notes of dark chocolate, braised red apples and sweet liquorice. Finish - Long, sweet and rich with warming spice.
