This first chapter titled 'The Journey Inwards' reflects on how travel shapes who we become in collaboration with renowned artist Hong Yi. Inspired by her artistic style, the whisky is matured in European and American oak casks before a portion is finished in extra-charred American Oak and European Red wine casks, bringing notes of creamy toffee and fresh vanilla pod.
