The Producers and Distillers are Johannes Firmenich and Reinhard Jagerhofer, who are supported by Bartender Philipp M. Ernst. The STIN´s Taste is formed by 28 fine botanicals. In addition to the main ingredient, the juniper, south-Styrian apples and east-Styrian elderflowers dominate the flavor. Fresh citrus notes are responsible for the remarkable fresh taste, The small 50l copper kettle is heated very gently, to reach the maximum aroma. The STIN is a 100% distillate, nov flavouring or sugar is added after the distillation. The high alcohol content of 80% is reduced to 47% vol. with Styrian spring water.
