After more than 18 months on the fine lees, this balanced and elegant Sauvignon Blanc presents itself with a particularly citrus note and impressively reflects its local origin. Our vineyards in Ehrenhausen are characterised by fertile shell limestone soils. The stony and limestone-rich soils require particularly slow and gentle vinification.
