Our Viennese pastry confectioner was so proud of her Punschkrapferl that they grew bigger with each batch. Our chocolatier cast longing glances at these marvels and had an idea. He would add a drop more of STROH Rum and create a little cake out of them. Our confectioner relished the attention and the longing looks directed at her marvels. And so, the Punschkrapferl soon became a Viennese specialty
