"Our Viennese pastry chef loved the Viennese Sachertorte so much that he enjoyed a piece of it every day. As his belly and the horrified eyes of our confectioner grew larger, he decided to create a small delicacy from the world-famous Sachertorte. He combined all the ingredients into a confection and glazed it with fine chocolate couverture. Et voilà, the Sacher confection was born, and from then on, there was no interruption to the daily enjoyment."
