Celebrate summer! When it comes to proposing a toast, Champagne, Prosecco, Crémant or Sekt are always a good choice – and anything that sparkles is also an ideal ingredient for light summer cocktails.

Kir Royal
Give your home bar a royal touch and serve a Kir Royal. A popular aperitif made with only two ingredients – in a Kir Royal, the champagne asks the crème de cassis to dance.
- 8 cl champagne
- 2 cl crème de cassis
Pour the ice-cold champagne or sparkling wine into a champagne flute and add the crème de cassis. Then stir and say cheers! Alternatively, you have the option to build a Kir Royal with another sparkling wine instead of champagne.
